The Saudi airline Flyadeal has decided to cancel their Boeing 737 MAX order. Their decision came after the news that the American Authorities had found yet another technical fault in the MAX. The airline chose for the A320Neo as a replacement.

After 2 big crashes with the Boeing 737 MAX and a worldwide grounding of the plane, they became the first ever airline to cancel their MAX order after the groundings.

Their order of 30 Boeing 737 MAX planes, and an option for another 20 has been canceled. From 2021, Flyadeal will receive 30 A320Neo’s. Their fleet will then be Airbus only.
